A. If you have never had a debit card before, then you must fill out an application for a debit card. If you already have a debit card and just need to order a replacement debit card, you can do that over the phone by calling 731-692-3761.

A: Absolutely! Each depositor is insured by the FDIC up to at least $250,000 per account ownership category.
Q. How do I set up direct deposit of my payroll check?
A: It’s simple! If your employer participates in a direct deposit program, simply provide the bank’s routing number and your account number to the human resources or payroll department at your company, and your direct deposit will usually begin within 30 days.
